Take the rest of the day to unwind from your journey—perhaps a relaxing walk around Hoan Kiem Lake or settle into a café’ on the bustling street-side. 2. Day 02

   Hanoi – Luc Yen (Yen Bai)
   After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, embark on a scenic four-hour drive in a private car to Luc Yen, Yen Bai province. Known for its rich gemstone deposits and picturesque landscapes, this region offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. Arrived to Luc Yen, we will visit the local gemstone market, where villagers gather to trade and showcase their precious stones. With the guidance of a local expert, explore a fascinating array of gemstones, including rubies and other rare finds, while learning about the region’s thriving gem trade. For a deeper insight into the mining process, take the opportunity to visit one of the largest gemstone mines in the area, where you can observe firsthand how miners extract and refine these natural treasures. Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a nearby restaurant before heading to a peaceful Thai minority village, nestled amidst lush greenery and rolling hills. Here, you'll receive a warm welcome from your homestay host and settle into a cozy stilt house located next to a gentle stream, offering a tranquil retreat. As the late afternoon sets in, take a leisurely walk through the village, soaking in the serene atmosphere of rice fields and surrounding mountains. This is the perfect moment to embrace the quiet charm of rural life. Return to the homestay for a delightful dinner, where you'll savor a blend of Vietnamese and Thai traditional dishes, before unwinding for the night in this serene countryside setting.  
3. Day 03

Afterward, take some time to venture deeper into the village, where you can observe the daily rhythms of local life. This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the simple yet rich culture of the Thai ethnic community. After this enriching experience, begin the journey back to Hanoi, enjoying the scenic countryside along the way. Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure, whether relaxing after the trip or exploring the city at your own pace.

The four-hour journey takes you through lush countryside and picturesque rice paddies before arriving at the port around 12:30 PM. Board your luxury cruise and set sail into the breathtaking landscapes of Bai Tu Long Bay, known for its pristine waters, towering limestone formations, and peaceful atmosphere—far less crowded than Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a delicious onboard lunch, featuring fresh seafood and international food, glide past stunning karst islands and emerald waters. In the afternoon, we will visit a pearl farm, where you’ll discover the fascinating process of pearl cultivation, from oyster farming to the intricate craftsmanship that turns these ocean gems into stunning jewelry. Learn about the traditional techniques used by local artisans and, if you wish, pick out a unique pearl as a special keepsake. Afterward, immerse yourself in the tranquility of the bay—whether by relaxing on the sundeck, exploring hidden caves, or visiting floating villages that offer a glimpse into the unique lifestyle of local fishermen. As the day winds down, enjoy a gourmet dinner onboard, followed by a peaceful night on the cruise, surrounded by the calm, moonlit waters of Bai Tu Long Bay.  
5. Day 05

After a light breakfast, take in the last breathtaking views as your boat makes its way back to the harbor. Next, explore a renowned jewelry-making village, where a skilled expert will guide you through the intricate process of crafting jewelry. You’ll even have the opportunity to design a piece in your own style, making for a truly unique and memorable experience. End the day with a comfortable stay at your hotel in Hanoi
