Itinerary

1. Day 01

   Hanoi Arrival (D)
   Welcome to Vietnam!  Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by the driver of Threeland and transferred to the hotel in Hanoi center for check-in. At leisure in the rest of the day until meeting our local Tour Leader at dinner to brief and prepare for the upcoming voyage. Overnight in Hanoi. Our note: Airport welcoming is inclusive of the driver and private vehicle only. Our meal: Dinner inclusive.   
2. Day 02

   Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)
   After breakfast, enjoy and refresh yourselves with an early Yoga lesson and meditation. Checkout around 09.30am and join our private Tour Leader and van to head to Halong Bay (via Haiphong highway). Upon arrival in Gray Line cruise, we will enjoy a delicious lunch of seafood onboard and have a relaxing boat trip in between thousands of odd-shaped islands. Take a light exercise by kayaking in the afternoon to enjoy the sea cruise utmost and understand why the bay of halong has been designated twice as UNESCO World Heritage in 1994 and 2006.  Dinner and overnight onboard in Gray Line cruise.  Our wellness moment: morning Yoga in Hanoi. 
3. Day 03

   Halong Bay - Back to Hanoi – Evening Water Puppetry show and artists’ meeting (B/L/D)
   Morning join a half-hour Taichi-quan practice with the crew onboard before breakfast. Later, our group will take a short visit to one of the grandest sights in Halong Bay – the Amazing Cave (‘’Hang Sung Sot’’), discovered a century ago during the French Indochina time. After refreshing, checking-out and having lunch, around 12.30pm we will be transferred back to Hanoi via Road No. 18, with stopovers for relaxing and visiting paddy fields or vegetables gardens en route. Arrive in Hanoi around 16.30.  Evening we will have a delicious dinner with tasty authentic Vietnamese foods, followed by a show of Water Puppetry (appx. 01.15 hrs). Meet the artists after the show to discover the knowhows and fascinating stories of this longterm performing art. Overnight in Hanoi.  Our wellness moment: morning Taichi-quan in Halong.  Our note: Detailed and most updated cruising time and show time are subject to provide upon tour confirmation.   
4. Day 04

   Hanoi visit. Afternoon transfer to Bavi (B/L/D)
   After breakfast, save our full morning for our Yoga lesson and meditation with a first-ranked Yoga expert at the hotel in Hanoi. At midday we will checkout and have a delicious lunch of street foods with our local Tour Leader before visit a less-visted precious cultural site of Hanoi, Kim Ngan Communal House on the Silver Street. From here, walk up to Ngoc Son Taoist Temple and take a green car wandering the exciting Old Quarter to witness the daily life of Hanoians. Head to Bavi and check-in Melia Bavi Mountain Retreat, which is set in the middle of hiking paths, forest preservations and flower gardens. At leisure until we join the dinner at the resort. Overnight in Bavi. Our wellness moment: Morning Yoga and meditation in Hanoi.  Our note: YIH spa treatment available at personal reservation at Bavi (not inclusive).   
5. Day 05

   Visits to the suburb of Bavi (B/L/D)
   Located in the center of a famous cultural region to the West of Hanoi, (“Xứ Đoài” in Vietnamese), the resort is accessible to many historical and authentic cultural sites. Today we will drive to Duong Lam village, Mong Phu ancient communal house and wander around to enjoy the tranquility and charm of this low-paced rural area. From Duong Lam village, go on to Mia pagoda and learn about the history of this wellknown region, the homeland of two Kings who reigned Vietnam during the VIII and IIX centuries. Lunch near Mia pagoda at a good local restaurant.  After the midday, picked up by our van again to transfer to Thay Pagoda, located in a beautiful village and nearby a water pavillion, home of Northern Vietnam water pupetry stage art. After a long day, we will have time to relax when enjoying the intimitable large-scaled show “The quintescence of Tonkin” in late evening before returning to relax again at the retreat. Overnight in Bavi.  Our note: Biking in the morning or the whole day can be arranged instead of van transfer, if requested.  
6. Day 06

   Relaxing at Bavi (B)
   After some busy days with our programs, at your leisure the whole day in Bavi today for your own refreshment, spa treatment or yoga and meditaion lesson. No services provided.   Our meal: Only breakfast inclusive. 
7. Day 07

   Leisure Morning – Transfer to airport – Flight Hanoi - Danang (B)
   At our leisure in the morning until we say goodbye with the retreat and go with our Tour Leader to Noi Bai airport for our flight Hanoi – Danang. Welcomed by our Tour Leader in Central Vietnam. To understand the special history of the land from Central Vietnam, we will visit the remarkable Cham Museum to take an overview of the local culture before heading to our hotel. At leisure to enjoy beach relax at Danang. Overnight in Danang.  Our meal: Only breakfast inclusive. 
8. Day 08

   Golden Bridge – Danang (B/L/D)
   After an early breakfast, picked up by our local leader and our private van to head to the Golden Bridge at Bana hill, an exciting new landmark opened in Central Vietnam in September 2018. Stroll around to enjoy special landscape with great view from the cable, the graceful restaurants and the bridge. Back to Danang late afternoon. Overnight in Danang. Our note: Early departure recommended to avoid crows, especially during weekend.
9. Day 09

   Danang – Hoian - Tra Que village – Hoian (B/L/D)
   Morning checkout and transferred to Hoian ancient town. Upon arrival, we will stroll around to enjoy scenic landscape of the town, which used to be a seaport before XVII century when Danang took over this role, and now well-preserved as one of the best ancient liveliest towns in Asia. Stop at “Hội quán” (trade house of the Chinese-Vietnamese communities) and Cover Bridge of Hoian, as well as Hoian small museum to contemplate not only ancient architecture, but the tranquil and charming settings of the town. Afterwards we will bike 03-04km to Tra Que village in the suburb of Hoian, a great village where organic herbs and vegetables planted in special way with weed fertilizers. Join our cooking class in Tra Que, where local people will teach us to make Tam vi spring rolls from local materials. Have our foot massage in Tra Que. Dinner will be arranged in Tra Que before we return to Hoian hotel. Overnight in Hoian. Our note: Optional transfer from Hoian to Tra Que by van instead of bikes.  
10. Day 10

    Hoian – Danang – Saigon (B/-/D)
    At leisure in the morning to rejoin an yoga lesson at the beach. Afterwards, we will check out and head to Danang again for flight Danang – Saigon.  Welcomed in Saigon by our local guide and transferred to the hotel in the city center. Afternoon we will enjoy a vespa tour to visit the city in an unique way, inclusive of stops to visit inside the historic Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral, Binh Tay market and Thien Hau temple in District 5. Overnight in Saigon.  Our wellness moment: yoga on the beach in Hoian, optionally at the hotel upon updated weather condition. Our meal: only breakfast and dinner inclusive.
11. Day 11

    Saigon departure (B)
    At our leisre in the morning for our self enjoyment to brief new experience after a special voyage in Vietnam.  Our Guide will pick up us for departure flight.  Wishing you the best trip!
